From your departure point, you will follow your Table Leader. Arrival at the location of the event will be at around 6:00pm. Leader will help you locate your places. Your set- up should be done in a calm manner, but efficiently.

Your Table Number will be available 48 hrs before the event on your member page at PLEASE remember it / write it down to facilitate entry.

Your Table Leader will help set up the first table, and then the rest of the guests will follow suit. All tables should be set up in about 10 minutes. To create the look of one long dining table, please make sure that there is no space between tables. Each table should be in line with the table next to it.

Please do not sit down or begin your meal until everyone finished setting up. Enjoy this moment to have an “aperitif”. The beginning of the dinner will be signaled by the waving of table napkins around 7:00pm.

The chosen Dîner en Blanc location will be one of the most amazing spaces in the city, so we should all be dressed elegantly! Adding a hat, a mask, or a fascinator to your ensemble is not mandatory, but is highly recommended.

For your convenience and security, it is advisable not to carry a large bag or purse.
